Although rotation is often emphasized in sports, it’s also a large component of everyday human life. We rotate to fasten a seatbelt, rake leaves, and wash the dog. We even utilize a combination of rotation of the hips and counter-rotation of the shoulders as we walk down the street. Therefore, any comprehensive exercise program must incorporate rotation!
